This letter serves to update you on the current status of this case. Over the past few months, we have been engaged in extensive settlement discussions with Menu Foods and its distributors relating to the pet food recall.
You may have recently heard in the news that a settlement was reached. We have come to an agreement in principal regarding many of the disputed issues, and are waiting for final approval from the judge; the court has preliminarily approved the settlement. The claims process will commence shortly.
