Employee Rights: Compensation for overtime pay.

Introduction:
Every year, employers fail to pay employees millions of dollars in collective overtime. An employer's failure to pay proper wages or overtime can result in an award of damages equal to the unpaid wages or overtime, an equal amount in liquidated damages, and pre-judgment interest.
